For urgent, order-related messages, the best thing to do is create a ticket in our support system. Simply send an email to Support@Atlavox.com, or fill out our contact form (they both go into our support ticket system). We have an AI agent monitoring the support email and will immediately recognize order-related messages and will attach a flag directly to your order in our fulfilment software, so we will see it as long as your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, and will respond accordingly prior to fulfilling your order.
