Shipping Destinations We ship to the USA, APOs, and select international countries.

Free Shipping USA orders over $50 qualify for free USPS Ground or UPS Ground shipping.

Shipping Times Domestic orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and arrive in 3-7 business days. International orders may take 7-21 business days. These are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Shipping time estimates are provided at checkout. We will provide tracking information via email once your order ships.

Signature Requirements All orders over $500 require a signature upon delivery for added security.

Import Taxes & Duties Live shipping quotes from multiple carriers are calculated at checkout. For international orders, you'll see an estimated import tax and duty amount that you'll need to pay upon arrival. For convenience, we also offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping options, where you can pay taxes and duties upfront at checkout for expedited processing and no surprises.

Shipping Radios to APOs Overseas USPS is the only carrier that can deliver to APOs (US Military locations). They have strict policies on shipping equipment with lithium-ion batteries, which limits the number of radios we can ship per day (up to 4). This doesn't affect the quantity you can order, but it may spread fulfillment over multiple days. For bulk purchases, contact us for a formal quote, 889 form, or other details. Atlavox is registered with a Unique Entity ID on SAM.gov for federal purchases.

Carrier Responsibility and Delivery We are responsible for your package while it is in transit with the carrier (e.g., USPS or UPS). If the package is lost or damaged during transit (before it's marked as delivered), contact us at Support@Atlavox.com, and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it, which may include filing a claim, issuing a refund, or sending a replacement at our discretion.

Once the carrier marks the package as delivered (via tracking scan or confirmation), responsibility transfers to you, and Atlavox is no longer liable for issues like non-receipt, theft, or porch piracy. If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact the carrier directly to investigate.

Shipping Address Accuracy You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If the package is undeliverable or returned due to an incorrect address (e.g., typo, missing apartment number, or invalid location), you will be charged for any return shipping fees, and we will require payment for reshipping. Atlavox is not liable for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by address errors. Double-check your address before completing your purchase to avoid issues.

Damaged Packages Inspect your package upon arrival. If it arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at Support@Atlavox.com with photos of the packaging and items. We'll assist with a carrier claim if the damage occurred during transit, but resolutions are at our discretion.

Lost Packages If your package isn't marked as delivered after 30 days from shipping, contact us, and we'll investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost during transit, we'll provide a refund or replacement.

Order Changes and Cancellations We process orders quickly. Requests to change addresses, cancel, or modify must be made within 1 hour of purchase via email to Support@Atlavox.com. Once shipped, no changes can be made, but you may be able to contact the carrier and pay a fee for package intercept.

Returns For returns, you pay return shipping. To start a return, log into your account at https://account.atlavox.com/. We will produce a return shipping label for you on your behalf, but return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. See our return policy for more details.

Warranty Service Warranty service shipping is paid for by Atlavox. Contact us at Support@Atlavox.com if you're having issues with your device.
