This 7.8-inch flexible whip antenna features a true 2.5 dBi peak gain and an SMA Male connector, tuned specifically for 915MHz. Designed with durability and performance in mind, the soft, bendable construction can flex without internal damage, ideal for handheld devices like the Atlavox M1.

While this style of antenna may appear similar to others on the market, not all antennas are created equal. Many mass-market versions are poorly tuned across a broad frequency range, which can compromise performance on Meshtastic networks. This one is different.

As advertised, no issues, high quality. I don't have the test equipment and setup to verify antenna performance but it appears to work well.

Effective, but some growth potential

Effective, but it seems to use up the battery a lot faster than some of our other nodes. Could be a user error, but it's the same config across devices. Range/sensitivity are on par with others...I'm not sure I understand why it ships from the factory with an extra channel already configured on it.
