This antenna collar is designed for the Elecrow ThinkNode M1 and ThinkNode M5. It reinforces the RP-SMA Gizont antenna connection, reducing stress on the RP-SMA connector, and provides an easy way to color-code radios for fast visual identification in the field.
When used with an RP-SMA male Gizont antenna, the adapter redirects lateral loads away from the RP-SMA connector and into the radio body. This results in a more stable antenna, improved long-term durability, and a significantly lower risk of connector damage from bumps, drops, or handling.
