Simply connect it to your radio's antenna port and it acts as a safe 'dummy antenna' that fully absorbs the signal energy, so nothing radiates out to interfere with others, expose your data or location, or cause regulatory issues. This allows you to tweak settings, check firmware, experiment, or run diagnostics in complete 'stealth mode' without risking equipment damage from reflections.
