This is the ideal enclosure for building out a RAK WisMesh 1W Booster kit. Roomy enough to add and remove components and lots of external connection options.

This kit was very easy to put together. I installed a 1W RAK board and was able to fit a 10,000mAh pouch battery in perfectly. This setup is working great with the solar panel and I’m getting excellent range with the Alpha antenna.
The box is great. Looking for some better instructions, however. I used a different antenna connection so that I could mount a high gain antenna directly to the box.

Incredible kit, I used it to build a 1W RAK setup and everything fit and came together perfectly. I thought the design was odd when I first ran into it, but it's incredibly versatile. If you're looking for a solid solar node, you won't be disappointed with this one.
This is exactly what I was looking for! I am running it as a remote node in my attic with the USB cable accessible on the first floor. The craftsmanship is first class. Highly recommended!
The absolute best Meshtastic enclosure I've come across. I added some M4 studded magnets from amazon and run it on the roof of my camper wired back to the house battery. Would really, really love to see something like this- extruded aluminum, waterproof, accessibly priced- in a walkie-talkie sized enclosure. My Atlavox M1 is my current daily driver and have also been super impressed with it.
