At its heart, the RAK12500 utilizes the cutting-edge u-blox ZOE-M8Q GNSS chipset, supporting GPS (USA), GLONASS (Russian), QZSS (Japanese), and BeiDou (China), which are global constellations managed by different countries. This wide-ranging compatibility provides redundancy and means you can lock onto more satellites quickly, maintain solid location accuracy of ±2.5 meters, and achieve fast hot starts—ideal for when your Meshtastic devices are in motion or deployed in remote, challenging environments.

Lives permanently in my Beacon. Always out, permanent GPS lock
GPS module works right out of the box. No other manipulation needed
Fits well, works first time.
It's been great right out of the box. I don't recommend monkeying with channels until you know what the consequences are, but Matthew was great sending me a new QR code to restore it back, and now it's working flawlessly.

They were out of stock when I ordered my M1's. So I ordered them later the install is easy. They work great. I also picked up the temperature and humidity sensor also easy but it has to go on the back of the board
I love my atlovox m1 . I’m new to the Meshtastic hobby and it’s a good price to start off hoarding nodes.
Would recommend to get those if you are interested in Meshtastic,
could only get better with some IP65 Rating.

I was attracted to Atlavox because the product I purchased is fully assembled, including the software being flashed. Everything I was going to need was in the box including an instructions link, hex-wrench, and USB cable. I was on-the-air within 10 minutes after I opened the package. And, most importantly it worked the first time, right out of the box. Thank you Atlavox for a job well done.
I purchased this module as part of the complete radio offered. The GPS is very precise and locks satellites easily. No issues being inside buildings. The power consumption on this unit is not bad, depending on how often you have it update. Mine is set to hourly and reduced my battery life by about 8-10%
Excellent product and customer support. The builds and programming is spot on. Get this for a complete build for the M1.
